Who can return items via the Sanrio.com Returns Center??

Currently only customers within the United States can use the self-service center.

If you placed an order that came with a free promotional item, you must include the free gift in its original condition and packaging with the return or the full retail price of the promotional item will be deducted from your return amount

Packages from Canada and Mexico must be returned at the expense of the customer here:

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

Can I return a gift? Without the person who bought it for me knowing?

Yes! Simply select the "Returning a Gift?" text on the bottom-right corner of the main Returns page, and fill out the requested information. Within 7 days of us receiving the product(s), you will receive an e-Gift Card via email for use at Sanrio.com.  e-Gift Cards do not expire.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days.
  • Items still in their original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items marked as intimate (facemasks, etc.)
  • Earrings, Piercings (hygiene reasons)
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • Items that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Items that have been used/worn
  • Customized Products 
  • Any item marked 'Final Sale'

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you should see your refund reflected back in the account of the payment method you made the order with within 10-15 business days.
